179 lbs. Wtf?
Food:
Breakfast Slim Drink Thingy
Lunch was some beans that Jazzmyn didn’t want.. they were gross and green and natural.
I had a piece of cake during Restitution.
I had chips and salsa for dinner. :)
Exercise:
I had a really good legs/cardio day, and I even got in some abs. :) Very good and successful day, I think I felt bad because of the cake..

Weight: undetermined, yet again.
Food:
yogurt for breakfast, carrots peas and an apple for lunch, 2 slices of pizza for snack (whoops), a salad for dinner, and a handful of frosted mini wheats for a goodnight snack. :)
Exercise:
I walked quite a bit, but I didn’t make it to the gym.
Yesterday’s goal:
forgot vitamins, damn.

Make Your Own Meals Mondays: The title is pretty self explanatory. You have to make everything you eat. No store bought food, fast food, etc. For example, sandwiches, salads, low cal pasta dishes, fruit salad, some kind of vegetable.
Tummy Tuesdays: Focus on working out your stomach. Do lots of ab workouts!
Water, Workout, and Weigh In Wednesdays: Weigh yourself! Drink more water than normal...

Weight: forgot to weigh today.. sorry.
Food:
I ate yogurt for breakfast, a handful of carrots for lunch, a salad and breadstick for a mid afternoon snack, and I forgot dinner because I went to my sissies softball game, but I’m home now and I just want to binge, but I WON’T!!!
Exercise:
10 minutes of elliptical training (half assed though)
abs day so those 2 ab machines downstairs...

Starting Out.
It’s 9:18ish A.M. and I’m off to school. Today I hope to go to the gym and do the elliptical for 35 minutes, but with all the restitution I have, I hope that’ll work out. I’ll post weekly or bi-weekly pictures on my progress, and most of the time I will post daily updates on what I ate, my workouts, and how I feel. :)
