Food:
I ate yogurt for breakfast, a handful of carrots for lunch, a salad and breadstick for a mid afternoon snack, and I forgot dinner because I went to my sissies softball game, but I’m home now and I just want to binge, but I WON’T!!!
Exercise:
10 minutes of elliptical training (half assed though)
abs day so those 2 ab machines downstairs 3 sets of 10 each.
kind of a lazy day at the gym, but I didn’t eat too much so it’s alright.
Changes:
I need to start taking my multivitamin again, b vitamins, biotin and that green tea fat burner, and creatine when I go to the gym.
I’ll be pretty busy tomorrow, but I think I’ll try to go to the gym after restitution even though I’ll be alone, it’ll be okay. I’ll try for a full cardio day.
